Grzyb ten jest umieszczony na czerwonej liście ze statusem V.
Jest to dość rzadki gatunek kruchaweczki. Udało mi się ją spotkać tylko raz w 2009 r. w górskim lesie iglastym (świerki i jodły z pojedynczymi bukami).
